That would be a major insecurity red flag to me.
Of course, I'm old fashioned and typically waited until I knew the girl a good bit before intimacy. For you kids that have to get freaky from day one, I can see the benefit, but it doesn't mean the insecurity isn't still there.

None. I haven't ever let a girl live with me full time (without her own place as well).
And of course a girl that is staying with me several nights a week is going to know those things. But that is going to take a hell of a lot for me to want a girl to stay over weeknights anyway.
