Your life? You will still die, but no common colds, flu, sinus infections, exc till your death.

Trauma is not included.

Solid question.

I'd take this deal. Reduces my health insurance costs to catastrophic only (assuming accidents, broken bones, etc... don't count as an "illness").

The financial incentive alone may be worth it to some.

If it includes all disease and illness, count Scruffy in.

3 months of feeling like shite compared to a lifetime of no other illnesses...

The only downside is that you won’t be able to take “sick days”.

Just ditch health insurance all together at that point

I’ve only had the flu once (last year), and that was miserable

That being said, this is an interesting proposition, as one would think your body would just adapt to the pain for 90 days

Hard pass

Yes.

As long as I don't have pneumonia, that shite sucks.

Literally drowning in blood.

Would trade to avoid cancer but I’ll take my chances on just about everything else.

That's not even a real question.

Please explain the rest of the details for this thought experiment or plot device.

I thought about that, but if me getting in a bad car accident or breaking a bone isn't considered an illness in this scenario, I need insurance to cover it.

I'd definitely do it if it included serious illnesses.

If it was just things like colds, stomach viruses etc I'd pass. I get sick like once every 5 years anyway.

He said illnesses, not injury. There is a difference.

Need to read the fine print, or at least have an understanding of the English language and what words mean.
