had taken place? Let's say multiple murders in extremly perverse and twisted ways. Etc..use your imagination.

(benoits house for example)

If it did, Would help eliminate any bothers if you knew it would be sold at least 25% under the price it should be?

And would you have a hard time selling it to the SO?

Seriously? That's free money. I'd be all over it like blood on a knife.

We're the bodies of the murdered salted and cremated? Are any of their belongings still in the house?
Hahaha just kidding. Yeah I would buy it no problem.

I wouldn't care, unless the crimes occurred because the house is in a shitty location (dangerous neighborhood). If the murders were due to a domestic dispute, I'd be all over it. Especially if I could get 25% off the price.

What happened in the benoits house you fricking tease?

And no. Even if you purchased it cheaper you are probably going to take the same hit if you decide to sell down the road.

I wouldn't know. Or at least, the realtor shouldn't tell me.

And I wouldn't GAF.
But I'd have to have gotten it for a good deal, because somebody's arse got murdered in there.

You are a strange little man.

This is what I would say to buying a murder house:

ETA:
grizzly murder?

sure, I wouldn't do it simply because of the stigma that it will carry for the rest of the time it stands...

Besides, Ultimate Warrior could have beaten Benoit's arse.

you'd always have to put up with ...people..like..you. that would drive by slowly whispering under their breath about who was killed there, etc.
I'd have an issue with that. Not to mention a murder that is "unsolved" like jon benet ramsay.
