Dr.'s medical treatment plan says L2-5. These are the lower back (lumbar) nerves L1-5, below them are S1-5 (Sacral) nerves. Above the lumbar are T1-12 (Thoracic) nerves, then the neck (Cervial)nerves C1-5.
My issues are the Lumbar nerves.

My appendix ruptured when I was in 8th grade and I had a tube inserted in my lower abdomen that was draining the fluid inside. The removal of that tube is something that still makes me shudder 30 years later. It felt like my entire insides were coming out with it.

I’ve been fortunate to not have many injuries/illnesses. Worst is probably an ankle sprain, toothache, or a big poop came out too fast.

Worst constant pain - Broken Femur. Not so much the breaking of it, because I had passed out before it broke, and I was in shock when I came to, so it felt like Jell-O during ambulance ride, helicopter flight, and in the trauma room. The pain was post-op, PT, 6 months of constant limping, and second surgery post op.
Worst immediate pain - To put my leg in traction before surgery the next morning, they drilled a hole through my leg right above the knee with a Dewalt before the deadening shot kicked in. I felt it all, and called the dude doing it a low rent piece of shite motherfricker right in front of my mom, who had never heard me curse in my 28 years of life.

I won't go with the obvious child birth. I didn't want to go natural but the epidural didn't work.
So second goes to the first time standing up after a laparotomy.

Nearly severed 4 fingers on my left hand.
Changing a tire for a kid (not mine and no pics)and the jack snapped.
My fingers were in between the tire and the fender.
It sucked big time!!

Ripped up a knee, broken wrist, broken nose, and two broken fingers that are still crooked to this day all from playing high school sports.
I would gladly accept double the pain from all of those incidents combined to avoid the relative short term pain from a small ant bite on my ring finger that I then tried to "pop" that then get infected that then turned into staph.
For a 12 hour time period from the time the hard pain hit me until the ER started a Vancomycin drip, it was cold sweats horrible. I was on vacation and didn't treat it seriously enough at first and paid the price. Thank God it was gone almost as quickly.

I'm having lithotripsy for a 12mm kidney stone I just found out I had. So either when I'm passing the fragments the old fashioned way or when they have to go up and retrieve it.

Lanced a large golfball sized cyst off my tailbone that I didn't know was there until I bruised said tailbone and cyst. They can only numb that so much cutting it open and draining it. Was pretty excruciating.

I've had three level neck fusion. Tore my ACL and mcl in highschool. But the worst was probably pancreatitis. Went to ER with chest pains and then BAM. They gave me morphine and that did nothing. Then they gave my dilaudid every four hours and said I would be in the hospital for two weeks. No food or drinks for a week and a half. Worst part is it will probably come back. Almost didn't make it the first time. Kidneys tried to shut down.

I slipped next to a hydraulically driven machine, and my leg got caught between two metal parts.
Just as my thigh bone was about to break, they got it stopped.
That shite hurt.
And it didn't feel too damn good when they reversed it to get me out.
