Who else was there? I was only 10 years old but remember it to this day. They filmed an episode of days of our lives there while we were there. It was a Bo and hope when Peter Reckel was still playing Bo.

I was 10 too and all I cared about was the monorail, kiddie wash, and gondola. You're a faq.

I was 16 and went with my parents.

My only regret was not riding the Gondola.

You stupid motherfricker by 10(1984) we had HBO. I watched Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street. Daytime TV in the 80s was Gijoe and He-Man or Knight Rider and A-Team.

You were suckin mama's tit while being homeschooled or some shite if you watched Soaps.

New Orleans, and Louisiana, if you ask me, peaked around that time. Though the Fair went down as a loss, most locals enjoyed it. I can still remember visiting the China pavilion (back when China didn't really venture out much in the world) and feeling like this was something different. Same with the Vatican exhibit. It's a shame they don't still have them.

You went to summer school. Not me. I'm way smarter than you. Shut up.

We had season passes for the Fair, so we were there a lot, and i loved all the things mentioned, esp the Gondola and kiddie wash.. but one other thing that sticks out in my mind is the Belgian waffles.. it was the first (and last?) time i ever had them, and they were really tasty and exotic to a 10 yr old me.
