I agree. It may not be the optimum way, but pushups can add to your overall swole factor

Unless you are strictly doing it to support cardiovascular health (which is a great thing), you really dont need to be doing it. Why are you doing cardio and what are your goals?

Increase oxygen exchange. Right now my goal is to cut some more weight. I'm 215 and right at 16%bf, I want to cut down to 12%. In order to do so, I need to stop drinking, get my diet back, and pick up the cardio a touch.

Im 5'11.75" , 218.5 yesterday at about 16%, maybe a little less. We are almost exact same size. That diet is the most important part, wayyyyy more so than cardio. Im sure you know that already though because I see you post in these threads often and your 215 lbs and in shape so you got that.

Shoulder day ain't that bad for real.

You can get out of the gym quicker than any other day because it's typically a quicker day in general.

But chest and arm days reign supreme.

I hate leg day the most. Even though it's probably the most important.

Late to the party, but I agree with this.

I haven't loved it lately, I took a break from the gym for a while when my a/c crapped out and I wasn't sleeping well. Now I'm getting back into a routine and I'm not near where I was when I left off. My shoulder days consist of seated dumbbell presses, upright rows with barbells and lat raises.

It is not the most effective way to add mass or strength but there is nothing wrong with doing body weight exercises. It all depends on what your goals are.

I'm a moderate talker. I have my moments where I'm quiet and reserved, and I also have my outgoing moments.

I just measured at exactly 6ft.

I'm fairly muscular. It would certainly show more definition if I would slim up some. I'm pretty good though. I have no real desire to get any bigger. My build fits my frame pretty well right now. I'm certainly muscular enough that people notice and make comments to me.

Shoulder day is the worst because I get serious bursa impingement from lateral movements & overhead pressing.

Can't even flat bench anymore due to that :(

I've thrown up after leg days, I don't think I can say that about shoulder days.

Back day is my favorite. Heavy deads.

I like shoulder day. Almost to a 200 lb standing press.

Am I the only dude that doesn't have an arm day? Bis get worked on back day, tris get worked on chest day....

I've never thrown up, but numerous times I've gotten really light headed.
Last week I decided to see how far I could go on leg press. I started at 568 with a set of 15. I would ad 90lbs and do a set of 10. I did this all the way up to 1,018lbs and pushed out 7 reps, bumped it up to 1,068 and got 3 reps. I stood up and immediately almost fell down.

You are not. Biceps get plenty of work doing rows. I do accessory tricep work with dips and push-downs on my bench speed day.

I agree with this. I saw my biceps take off after I stopped targeting them once a week. I still do a bicep day here and there, but it's like once every 2 or 3 weeks just to mix things up. I actually did bi's and tri's yesterday.
