I vary it. Sometimes I do shoulders with the rest of my arms going shoulder, bi, tri in that order.

Last pure shoulder day I did was Body Beast Shoulders.

Super Set: 15, 12, 8
Lateral Raise
Arnold Press

Progressive Set: 15, 12, 8, 8, 12, 15
Upright Row

Super Set:
Alt. Front Raise: 15, 12, 8
Plate Twist-Twist: 10, 10, 10

Progressive Set: 15, 12, 8, 8, 12, 15
Reverse Fly

Not necessarily. My legs are proportionally my strongest body part. I hate leg day because it's exhausting and climbing stairs is hard the next day.

Shoulders are my least favorite also, even though I have nice shoulders. (Not so subtle brag)

My legs are naturally somewhat thick/strong, and I'm still not fond of leg day.

I love shoulder day. Love it. Probably my favorite. Upright rows make me hard in every sense of the word. Worst day is legs but only because it kicks my arse harder than anything else.

I don't know if I like leg day the most, but I actually enjoy it. Wears me out but feels great to get that in.

I've been getting bad headaches after legs day recently. Even when hydrated and breathing right.

I hate shoulders too. I dont feel the pump on shoulder day that I get on every other body part. I also can't lift much weight on front or side raises and keep proper form. I look moving somewhat heavy weights- not 25 lb dumbbells. When I go heavy on seated dumbbell presses ( which is 75-80 lbs for me), my left shoulder makes horrific noises. I also dont like shrugs, which every other person I know that lifts loves the most.

you don't need "shoulder day"...just do standing overhead barbell presses

I dont have a favorite day per say...I have favorite lifts.

most favorite, close grip bp. My tris are fricking massive afterwards, plus jacking up like 275 is awesome.

Least...curls. sooooooooo boring.

I don't really hate any day.

my favorite day is chest and arms.

for shoulders I'm currently doing 4 sets 12 reps of one arm side db raises, front lat raise, seated rear delt, military press and barbell shrugs. i take a minute rest between sets.

I hate leg day cause it never fails my wife is gonna want to frick that night and I won't have the lower body strength left
