Workout folks......who hates shoulder day the most??

Lateral raises
Shrugs
Upright rows
I actually like standing military press with a barbell, especially with pause reps


Anyone else hate shoulder day? Which gym day do you hTe the most? Which day do you enjoy the most? I've grown to like leg day the most by far.

I love shoulder day.

I hate leg day the most. Even though it's probably the most important.

Chest or Back are my favorite days mainly because I love doing pushups or pullups.

Least favorite: plyometric-type stuff.

Absolutely hate leg day, but it is necessary. I'd say shoulder day is hated 2nd most. I prefer back day by far.

chest and bis in general are my favorite workouts

I fricking loathe leg day. I actually hate back day too because I hate wide grip pull ups

I like the random days when I'll do bies and tries together. Welcome to the gunshow!!!!!!!

Hate working back the most. Would rather push than pull.

Used to love shoulder day many years ago....And that probably why now I hate it. Shoulders are all torn up. Still like leg day the best.

I loathe my Insanity workouts, but I feel very proud of myself when I just get through the whole session. Pathetic I know.



Shoulder/back is actually one I like the most, followed by tri's/bi's. I'm not a huge fan of chest or legs.

Don't love weights in general, would much rather cardio only.

I'm rehabbing my shoulder (rotator cuff surgery) and EVERYDAY is shoulder day and yes I hate shoulder day

Shoulder days have become my least favorite as well. The only 2 times I've had injuries just so happened to be on shoulder day... so yeah..

Sorry you got no shoulders. You tend to hate working out the weakest and most non-developed body part, therefore; I love every days I'm at the gym.
