Well, that went from 0 to Defcon 1 in a heartbeat. It's one thing to have your opinions about race, religion, politics, etc. but it's probably best to keep most of that to yourself if you want to keep a job in this day and age.
NO employer is going to back that type behavior from an employee directed at a customer.

Are they using “Karen” correctly?
I haven’t watched the video as something seems fake about it, but was she complaining about their actions/behavior, asking to speak to someone’s manager (not sure why if she was employee), filming them as well, or doing other Karen type stuff?
Not saying she isn’t in the wrong, but just questioning the label.
