An executive at a bank in NYC was probably making more than double or triple than an average baw on TD. Maybe this one got bumped down a notch after this instinctual incident, but there are probably tens or hundreds of thousands of more at a similar salary level.

She might be someone who is psychologically dependent on people feeling sorry for her for being fat and ugly. If she took the shot and lost the weight she would just be left with ugly. That might not be a real thing, but it made sense in my head .
