Women don't know what the hell they want.
Case in point, they have fought for years to replace men as the primary breadwinners in the home. Then they can't find anyone to date/marry because they all want the man to be the breadwinner.
They do everything in their power to get attention from men, then bitch when they get it.
When the sex robots get good enough they are going to be up shite creek.

As for OP, looking is fine. As others have said, it’s not uncommon to watch how other people workout for a variety of reasons. If he was following her around, I could understand the level of discomfort and at that point you just take that complaint to staff.
I had a creeper follow me around the gym once and then tried to approach me walking to my car. Don’t be that guy, fellas. The gym handed it well though when I mentioned it to management.

1- this would be psychotic on its own, if this was a genuine interaction between her and someone else. That is, if this is how she really acts. What makes it believable is that there are people out there who act in some way like this- "why are you looking at me?" they demand of people who may not have been looking at them at all.
2- the truth is even worse. She knew he had done nothing, and chose to act this way while filming herself because she knew she would post it online and get attention. It's all an act, with her using an innocent person as a prop, so she can go viral.

She isn’t though. She isn’t ugly but other than being young and not fat there’s nothing about her that would grab attention.
