dude who shot the girl is screwed. girl was leaving. dropped the flag and was shot.
this means no threat for life and after dropping the flag, no threat to property

This case will be entirely dependent on whatever the laws are in Oklahoma about being able to shoot people committing theft on your property. If I had to guess, the law probably only allows you to shoot if someone is trying to enter the domicile or approach your person.

Yep. Even mentioning the Nazi regime in non a non educational setting will get you the most evil and stern stares in Germany. They don't take any symbolism lightly. Americans are stupid though.
