What kind of surgery does this involve? Can you not just pry her Bhole open and use some forceps to grab it and pull it out?

That depends how far and how big it is. You can do a colonoscopy or anal scope and try to grab it with forceps.
If it’s too far you have to go into the abdomen and cut open the bowels.
