You actually can exclude someone from your business for their body odor as it's not tied to any of the classes of civil rights protections.

It's not because it smells like it was just pulled out of a skunk's arse.

quote:

“I think marijuana was very intentional because had they said no smelling of smoke, then maybe everyone wouldn’t feel so targeted,”

this is one profiling that I can get behind.

Muslim males from Afghanistan need more scrutiny in the airline security line than the girls volleyball team from a Nebraska high school. What the frick is wrong with that?

Because people come in and it’s not a little bit of weed smell, the entire area that person is in reeks of weed

Private business. Don’t like it, go somewhere else.

I don’t see why it’s such an issue.

If you really feel the need to smoke in public, go buy a weed pen and smoke it away from others.

If you feel the need to smoke flower, then smoke, shower, and go about your day. It’s not hard to be a pothead and also be respectful of other people in the surrounding area

I wonder if people know how easy it is to not smell like weed even after you’ve smoked weed

It tough when you hotbox the car in the parking lot and then immediately walk to the door.

I could get behind a too much cologne ban.

How about, and hear Scruffy out, don’t smoke marijuana before going to this restaurant?

Holding certain people accountable for their own behavior and choices is actually white supremacy.

I stand with Yolanda. If we can’t go to a restaurant and disturb customers with our weed smell, what can we do?
