Yeah they will be ready the problem is the mass rush could cause a second spike. I’m guessing they will ease the restrictions back to 50% capacity at first and keep the gatherings over 50 ban in place to try to avoid this.

Yes, they will be fine.

The bars and mid range neighborhood restaurants will crush it. The newer, higher priced restaurants and passion projects that rely heavily on tourism and locals having lots of discretionary income to drop $200-300 for dinner for a couple will be in severe trouble. There won't be any tourists and the locals are going to be giving their money to the restauranteurs they grew up with who provide good food for an affordable price. The neighborhood bars will be packed for a good two months because you can go there 4x a week and spend $150-$250 total. This whole industry down here mirrored after New York with $15 Old Fashioneds, $18 glasses of Wine and $50 Entrees is on life support.
