It should be baked into the price, but what's happening is all the credit card processing companies started buying the Point of Sale companies. So they offer you free equipment if you charge the 4%. The problem with Willie is he's 62 and he's a long term program builder. It took him 6 to 7 years to get Tulane rolling.
