After Hayes fired the first two shots, he then fired again after taking "a couple" of steps. "This was so fast," Cacioppo says.

this matches up with what PT said so far.

I wonder why prosecution did not ask him if hayes stood over smith dead body.

John Fuller has Cacioppo repeat he had fallen asleep. Asked if he had drinks, Cacioppo said no. Asked if he had glasses, witness says ...

Cacioppo estimates about 45 seconds passed from first hearing the argument to the gunshots, under cross by John Fuller.

It was "3/4 of a minute" before shots were fired, Cacioppo says.
3/4 of a minute after what? After the argument started?

That's pretty damning for Hayes but there will be multiple witnesses.

Sounds like from when he started to hear the argument until shots were fired.

Cacioppo tells Fuller he saw no one take a swing at all. Could be to show he didn't see everything, as PT says he saw Richard Hernandez throw a punch, but again, that's a guess from here, as we are far from his closing argument on behalf of Cardell Hayes.

This witness was asleep on his sofa and woke up to a loud argument. Not sure at what point during the events he woke up

That he fired two shots, took a few steps and then fired more.

I always hear people say that but everyone, even will smith and his wife since they went to ccl, know that if you should someone you shoot until you neutralize the threat. perhaps smith was still moving.

"reasonable force necessary"

You think shooting someone twice, then taking a few steps, and then shooting them 5 more times in the back is the reasonable force necessary to end "the threat" (if there even was one) ?

I'm telling you that piece of testimony is EXTREMELY hurtful to Hayes.

However, there will be many more witnesses. Fuller wants as many stories as possible, obviously.

If I honestly think someone is going to shoot me and try to kill me, I am unloading my entire weapon and pulling the trigger about 10 more times after it is empty as I am shitting my pants.

whatever you say. Im just telling you what is taught in CCL classes, training classes, and what the police do. If I was on the jury the fact that hayes unloaded his clip wouldnt change my opinion.

Everyone knows this.

I'm just saying he fired two shots first. And then paused, he took steps towards him and unloaded the rest of his gun into him in the back.

That's not going to work out for him.
