even if something was "seen" doesn't mean they gonna tell you something was "seen" if they are waiting for proper protocol to go through such vehicles.

It is humorous that you won't open your eyes.

Billy Ceravolo was on the scene.

NOPD has openly stated he looked into the vehicle. Some witness statements have said he was inside of the vehicle. (We know what that means)

It is what the defense is leaning towards.

It does seems suspicious for the vehicle not to be searched at the scene. If the vehicle is picked up by a tow truck and lifted up to be moved and driven through the great smooth roadways of New Orleans then the actual location of items which could be considered evidence could have moved around. So determining where they were located prior to moving is pretty damm critical. Especially if you are looking the location of a supposed gone or shell casings.

Police can search impounded cars without a warrant. I believe that is why they waited.

It's all about legalities.

We can't speculate on the gun's position really. When I'm driving, mine is in the exact same spot, in s position that you could not miss. No point in keeping it somewhere I have to dig for it.

will's gun was deemed not having been fired. but have fun with whatever stories you are choosing to listen to. i don't know what you want me to provide you. you're now disregarding facts of the case because fuller wants you to.

Assistant DA making point with Pierre Thomas in re-direct that Cardell Hayes brandishing a gun was more dangerous than Richard Hernandez taking off his shirt. The ADA used defense attorney John Fuller's example of how fistfights lead to knife fights lead to gunfights by asking if any of those things happened with Will Smith. Thomas said no. And the ADA asked if Richard Hernandez's behavior led to Hernandez being shot at or killed. Thomas said no. "Why can't we just take out our guns when we start yelling each other?" the ADA said.

Good work by the ADA on a big point.

Fuller seems to be doing a really good job too but tweets can be extremely misleading. We'll see.

same reason it was allowed for Fuller to imply that it did in such a dramatic way in front of the jury.

Implying and asking a witness to speculate seem like two completely different things, no?

Cacioppo says a "well-dressed lady" grabbed the shirtless white man, likely Hernandez.

Cacioppo believed a shirtless white guy who charged in was going to get clocked by bigger black men around him. Reuses the word 'ridiculous'

I thought Thomas said earlier that he did not see Hayes with a gun.

It's not speculation. It is fact that Hernandez wasn't shot and killed.

Cacioppo eventually noticed one man was holding a gun, told his wife, 'There's a gun out!' Then, 2 shots ring out ...

After the initial argument, Cacioppo says, he saw a gun. "I told my wife there's a gun out." Then, two shots. He says Hayes had the gun.

OH LAWD THIS IS IT

Ah, there it is. I read it as Smith being shot or killed. Carry on.
