Sure, but you're probably not threatening to burn down the HQ if they don't comply with your demands.

I'll agree with this but with an important caveat
the powerful became powerful because they preached this position because the masses already believed it and want affirmation

You say "All Lives Matter"
People object, find out you work for Coca-Cola
"Coke must fire this racist, or else!"
Coke, fearing protestors and rioters (who have a recent record of arson, murder, assault, etc.) bends to the will of the mob.
Person who said "All Lives Matter" is universally declared a racist, he's fired from Coke, his livelihood is destroyed and he's untouchable for other work because even Coke fired him because he's a racist.
If someone is still going around saying "All Lives Matter" in summer of 2020, yeah, they're either racist as shite or just a trolling contrarian out to piss people off. Like it or not, "all lives matter" has been socially defined by not just the left, but the right, as well. You can't claim ignorance these days if you choose to use that phrase in response to "black lives matter". I'm not saying people should lose their jobs over saying it (though I can't think of a case where this actually happened anyway), but it's clearly not a polite thing to say.

So it's impolite
What's the point of the rant here? Because all I see is a paragraph about how it's impolite with "I don't think they should be fired" thrown in. Make no mistake, you ride this tiger long enough and they'll come for something you said or believe too. You cannot appease these people.

Agreed
This movement is fundamentally illiberal.
It's anti-science, anti-journalism, anti-education in any classical sense.

If you support the Party pushing this Fascism, then you support the message.

. I'm saying the checks and balances on social tyranny are gone at the moment.
The question of which statements are "innocuous" is completely subjective, and no authority exists in our society to make a list of points of view that people are not allowed to find offensive. People are deciding for themselves how to feel about other people's opinions, which again, is freedom. There's nothing tyrannical about any of this.

Imagine for a second believing this. Seriously, I can't comprehend the degree of brainwashing it takes to think this way.

Or, wait for it azzhole, SOMEONE WHO TRULY BELIEVES ALL LIVES MATTER.....
You see, most people don't believe that racists and Fascists should be able to control the language like you are attempting to do.

You claimed people were losing their livelihoods for uttering something as innocent as "all lives matter". My "rant" is pointing out that it isn't an innocent statement....it's intentionally incendiary. I agree with you that folks shouldn't lose their jobs for saying it, though you offered no proof that that's actually happening, just disagree that it's an innocuous thing to say.

Say what you want about the left, but their manipulation of language is second to none. They're able to weaponize it to the point where saying mundane, inert phrases can ruin you and possibly get you seriously injured.

And I could easily argue it was actually the right who turned "all lives matter" into an incendiary phrase as it was echoed throughout the halls of right wing political rallies as a counter-statement to BLM. It was turned into a dog whistle by you, not us.

Nuts
There is an authority that exists in our society regarding palatable viewpoints. It's called the majority. The majority is not doing it's job, because it's being tyrannized by a minority that is willing to burn buildings, kill people, etc. a is supported by a media willing to lie for them and a government willing to look the other way.
In some bizarro libertarian sense perhaps threats of violence and destruction that government ignores and refuses to punish, which fuels a tiny amount of people expressing "freedom" in some sort of social blackmail is the free market of ideas on steroids. But I think that's a silly stretch.

Best way is still the voting booths.
Let Trump win in a landslide. It will show them their voices have little power.

This is classic leftist language manipulation on display.
Black lives matter was intended to force people into saying that those lives are the most important, people respond by saying they think every life is important. The left, then angered that someone would have the audacity to question their control tactic, weaponizes a canned and reasonable response to the point where it's equivalent to the n-word.
Generic "we want all people to be treated equally and fairly" is now hate speech.

I admitted it might be "rude"
So who cares? What is your thought on social circumstances whereby "kill the pigs" won't get you fired but "all lives matter" might?
Are those equally incendiary?

Trump is already POTUS and this entire thread is about their voices having too much power.
