Why not park your car in the road across your driveway?
Better yet ...
Park your car in their construction site. Block their work in return for them blocking you FROM work!
Costanza move if I ever saw one.

If you live inside a County/Parish or especially a city most have parking ordinances.
For example In EBRP the parking code is similar to the BR City parking code which blocking driveways is a violation. Take pictures and file a complaint with your jurisdictions law enforcement which typically has a traffic division. They will come out and issue a citation once a complaint is filed.
As far as being able to call a tow company to tow a vehicle blocking your driveway I would call your local representative who represents your local governing body to inquire about that.

Sometimes calling the cops is the best option. Had to do it at an old neighborhood I lived in years ago. We were young and living in a newly developed townhouse neighborhood. The guy a few units down was an empty nester and they downsized to a townhouse. Except his kids, and the boyfriend of the daughter, would come stay on the weekends and sometimes it bled into the next week. It was a big cul de sac and they would park out in the circle along the edge. Which was fine as long as they didn’t block my driveway, but that happened most weekends.
I did the neighborly thing and told him they need to give me room to back out. It helped for a few weeks. And one Saturday the mail lady told me they were blocking the mailbox and could be towed. So I called the cops and they show up a few minutes later. As I was out there talking to them about towing them away since they were in front of my drive and the mailbox, the guy comes sprinting out with the keys to move it. Never happened again.

Why should he be removed from his own driveway? Bet if it was you being blocked in you wouldn't remedy the situation by parking down the street. frick that shite.
There's how it is... then there's how it ought to be.
Fighting to make pissy little problems go how they "ought to be" is heavy lifting. The construction will be long over before you make a dent in a problem like that.

You're fricking right it will. Your truck will do the same without a phone call.

Call your councilman. Call the police. Don’t talk to the workers directly , call the contractor directly. Put a fricking sign in your front yard.

That is such a cowardly thing to do. You're basically giving into the construction company.
OP shouldn't be forced to remove his vehicle from the safety of his own driveway onto the more dangerous public street just because the construction company employs a bunch of idiots.

Actually not a bad idea. A sign and some traffic cones could work well.
If you need traffic cones, go steal them from the construction company.

After strike three with the same contractor, I’d take pics of the offense then I’d call a towing company and have them tow the vehicle to the site’s nearest office and follow the tow truck there to let them know who, what, where, etc.
Show whomever is on watch at the trailer pictures of the offense & tell the company rep I’m expecting to be reimbursed for the towing cost.
It’s obvious the company doesn’t give a shite.
Sounds like the HOA ain’t particularly doing it’s job either.

Why don't you just go out when they pull up and tell them not to park in front of your driveway?

What if they starting parking in your driveway? Or having lunch breaks in your yard and leaving trash? Or using the side of you house as a port-o-let? Or starting banging your wife?
I’m guessing you would just sit on the couch and let him finish. Construction can’t last forever, right!

If you've already contacted the construction company go ahead and call a tow company. Call the company again after it's towed and explain your reasoning. I know they're joke replies, but don't mess with the vehicle yourself or you might open yourself up to lawsuits.
And put that sign up.
And put that sign up.

If they were blocking you from leaving your driveway, how are you able to leave your driveway even though maybe late for work?
