My street has construction going on and my drive way has been blocked on 4 occasions by workers. I contacted the builders and the HOA yet it continues to happen. I've been late to work each time as I'm basically trapped in my drive way.

If not, let the air out of their tires

I've spoken to the people that keep blocking as well as their company. What more am I supposed to do? Ram into them? It's a different vehicle each time. And the best part is the two houses on my left are unoccupied yet they park in front of the one drive way with a vehicle in it.

If it’s on your property, you have to pay.

Why not park your car in the road across your driveway?

You have to go find the foreman of the job and mount him.

Molotov Cocktail should get their attention and keep you warm while you wait on the tow truck.

Smash the car window, put it in neutral, then push it out the way

I bet someone on the HOA board works with that construction company.
Otherwise, I'd figure a HOA would love to be all in that construction companys business about disruptions around the neighborhood.

Better yet ...

Park your car in their construction site. Block their work in return for them blocking you FROM work!

Walk out in your boxers with a cup of coffee and a pistol and scream “move that piece of shite away from my driveway” and you’ll be golden going forward

No the frick we don't.

Why should he be removed from his own driveway? Bet if it was you being blocked in you wouldn't remedy the situation by parking down the street. frick that shite.
