I work with a lot of women. They all like to air out a lot of laundry very publicly. Whenever we need to find out information, we just wait for the ladies to get together and start talking. It’s not mysogynistic if it’s true.

Was constantly talking shite behind his back. Boss found out about it and said c ya later.

This is why I avoid gossip like the COVID vaxx, especially in a work environment. When I stumble on work friends gossiping and they try to rope me in, I get busy real quick. Nothing good can come of it.

My last two bosses were women.

Actually really good at their “job,” but my god they were not good at being professional.

First one was talking shite via teams to a co-worker and accidentally responded to the department teams chat. I was driving and saw it and couldn’t believe what I saw. She apologized and was forced to apologize one on one to everyone, but was gone by the end of the week.

Next boss was talking shite to some other women and one day… 3 women got fired and we got a long email about integrity, gossip, etc…

My current boss is a dude. I’m hopeful.
No need for chit chat, just get shite done and go home.

I will say it’s not just women. I had a co-worker call another co-worker a bitch and accidentally sent to a group text that she was also on. We were in a group meeting. She looked at her phone, started sobbing and ran out of the room. Dude was fired that day.

This. You can’t trust anyone. It’s not worth it.

Why can't women just keep their mouths shut? Always talking shite for no reason.

Always assume anything you say or write at work is being recorded. Will keep you out of trouble.

I had this really terrible employee that was loudly complaining how underpaid she was right outside my office. She said, "I'd leave this job for a penny more!"

In one massive stroke of coincidence I had went into a store on the way to work that morning that was advertising for help. They listed the pay..........it was exactly one penny more than what she was being paid.

The most satisfying termination in my history of terminations.

Can you post on a message board with people who live near you non-geographically?

Nah, she’s clearly a woman. Just ask her. Hell it even says so right there in her username so it must be true.

Now she can't find a job in that industry because everyone knows him and asks her former boss why she "left"

Then she has grounds to sue him.

Women can't keep their mouths shut, for anything. Wife is at war with a former friend of hers and our daughters happen to be best friends. My wife can not stop talking about why she isn't talking to the other girl's mom to the parents of other kids at the small school. Like, you think those moms aren't going to talk. You are your own worst enemy. Me and all of the dads over here just trying to avoid BS.
