I had a boss and a similar situation. We just didn’t get along or see eye to eye. She left and took an upper management job in the same industry. I couldn’t find another position for almost 5 years because she talked so much shite about me to competitors. She finally moved her ugly fricking liberal arse to California. Once she left, I was suddenly hireable again. I hate that bitch
