My point is their are peaks to these things, and we seem to be in the midst of that now. There is very little chance that the rate of death remains constant or rises. More testing will yield a faster rate of confirmed cases than confirmed deaths, as it always does.

I don't doubt it appears that way, but we have no way of knowing when SK had knowledge compared to the US. Either way, it makes perfect sense that urgency would differ by region. If Mexico was the origin of this, do you doubt we'd have proceeded more urgently than SK?
