Again you missed the point. I'm not contesting that enough tests haven't been conducted, I stated as much on this board yesterday when writing about my own sickness. I'm asking you to provide proof as to the WHY of this predicament? Show me how the Bad Orange Man did this so I too can join the Outraged Cucked Dads of AmeriKKKa Squad and get issued my torch and pitchfork before we march in our pink hats on the White House.

Also you dropped a doily, Margaret. And I think you'll need that at tea time.

In 2009-2010, there were 60 million H1N1 diagnoses and 14,000 deaths. The media's reaction was nowhere near the panic that it is now. What's the difference? I'll let you decide.

Yeah, he did a whole lot of hard work to inherit a real estate empire with properties all over Manhattan.

Dr. Fauci right now:

quote:

The idea of anybody getting (tested), easily, the way people in other countries are doing it, we're not set up for that. Do I think we should be? Yes, but we're not."

"The system is not really geared to what we need right now -- what you are asking for... That is a failing. It is a failing. Let's admit it.

We have tested the same amount as Bahrain. The NIAID Director is openly stating on the record that our testing system is failing. Are you so far up the President's arse that you can't admit the government has fricked up?

Because the left just got through trying to remove the President via impeachment for something they literally made up.

This is being politicized in an effort to wreck the economy and cause fear and panic they can use to convince the sheep that he is unfit.

So if 60,000,000 people have it, and 14,000 die, it killed on average .023% of people.

If theres a virus that is on average 42 times more deadly to people and is twice as infectious, would that prompt a stronger response?

So b/c I point out that Trump inherited his wealth I must be a failure?

Brilliant deductive reasoning my dear fellow!

Less than 1,500 cases of Coronavirus does not warrant the extreme hysteria we're seeing. People would throw away every bit of liberty they have to feel safe.

The number or cases is not terribly relevant for a number of reasons, but chiefly that theres been so little testing that whatever you see is obsolete.

It is true that people throw away liberty for security, but that isnt a new idea.

Every side is hysterical. That's modern America with 24/7 news and social media. If it isn't a pandemic, it's the Russians or the North Koreans or the Muslims or a hurricane 2,000 miles offshore in the Atlantic. We're terrified of our own shadow. We have a ghastly obsession with apocalyptic scenarios.

You just referenced the death rate. That figure at this time is equally irrelevant, for very similar reasons. Agreed?

Dear Lady,I don't mean to disturb your mental slumber, but while you belabor a point literally nobody on planet earth is contesting and that I myself have made at least four times on this very thread , I'll ask you the salient point for the THIRD TIME:

WHY?
Did Bad Orange Man demand we halt testing?
Did Orange Man obstruct testing?
Is this a supply chain problem? Did Bad Orange Man do this?
A bureaucratic issue? Orange man again?
A medical protocol issue? Orange man?
Or as you claim, just like an Article of Faith- because Bad Orange Man is Bad?
Politely again, ma'am , please give me a link.
Waiting.

I referenced the death rate which you quoted, as .02%.

I extrapolated the covid death rate based on other countries who have done extensive testing (like South Korea), which is around .8%, with Trumps team thinking it will be around 1% here.

If I was going off of the reported figures here in the US I would agree.

I think his point is that before Trump, we were completely ready to handle an outbreak of a brand new infection, and if not for this president, we would be rolling in the test kits and streamlined in their delivery. Because the issue being described by Dr. Fauci certainly didn't exist 5-10-30 years ago. Trump did this all by himself.

Additionally, Ice Cold just told us that our infection rate is on par with Italy's. There is no way that claim is complete bullshite. That completely true fact is also Trump's fault.

Lastly, Trump is simultaneously taking no serious action to combat this infection and causing the markets to tank by taking serious action (those actions are also useless and racist and xenophobic and homophobic.)

Do you get it now, you bigot?

No, I don't think that's it. While I can't be entirely sure, I'd guess he said it because it's obvious because of the whole whiny Democratic cliché thing where you cartoonish minimize the prodigious accomplishments of a simple man from Queens who built a development and branding empire, turned his name into a household name for 40 years and counting, and who became a two-term American President. And now he has developed a branding empire that dances with Tiger Energy inside your head all day like a cucoo clock that is methodically driving you insane with TDS. That's probably what easily marks you as a failure. Also you are an Aggie.

Nothing personal, but that's eminently fail-worthy.
