Regardless of who made the decision, it needed to be made. Pretty stupid for LSU to grant 1100 students tickets and then technically tell them they can’t go because they have to go to class. And before someone says they can go to classes and still make it to the game, bullshite. They are going Sunday and coming back after they wake up at noon on Tuesday. Why even go if you can’t enjoy the whole experience? My .02

This board constantly complains about how screwed up LA is.
One of the reasons we are screwed up is because we don't know how to do things the correct way.
How are we supposed to get good university administrators when we have a BOS that will go over their heads and make decisions like this?

It makes sense to cancel classes, but I don't know why people made a big deal about it.. If you are a student just don't fricking go.
You are not going to miss nothing the first two days of a class. In a lot of classes the professor/instructor doesn't go full speed. They wait those few days to let the drop and adds take their corse..
