People associate real boobs with real women and real life. Even outside the adult content world, most of the women you know with fake boobs are fake people, let's be honest. Authenticity may be the most desired trait in the world for products, for entertainment, for friends. Not surprising considering the direction our society is heading. So also not surprising that a premium is placed on real boobs.

You haven't felt enough lately then. I've known several that you can't tell the difference.
Now, I have also felt some in years past that looked great but very hard. Didn't care for those.

My wife's boobs have been destroyed by 3 kids. They were very big and beautiful before the monsters had their way with them.
She is going a lift, slight reduction, and potentially small shaping implants in a few years. That isn't because she's fake or narcissistic beyond the normal levels women are. She just wants that confidence back and to be able to wear some sexier clothes

The only fakes that are decent are the girls that had nothing... and the fakes get them to a B / small C.

I prefer fake B to a completely flat chest, but those cases are the ones you can easily tell they're fake.
The girls with pre-existing pockets of skin from bigger boobs are the ones that can potentially get elite boob jobs.
