I saw some dude in a mall in Houston the other day with a heavy hooded sweatshirt with leather jacket over it. It made me sweat just looking at it.

My daughter and her friends do this. She'll go ride her bike around the neighborhood in a hoodie and shorts in the damn summer. I'll never understand it.
