I have 3 monitors so I watch Hulu and Netflix often. My boss doesn't give a shite. He does the same. As long as my work gets done no one really cares. I have the same viewpoint for the people I manage.

Not all of us a little underpaid sheep. Some of us work 55 house a week so a quick check in a few times a day on the work computer for personal use is fine.
