Why do motorcycle and tattoo hate threads get so much tread in the O-T Lounge?

Undeniably these two topics are the two most beat dead horses on this site, yet every time someone starts a thread about it (which is usually at least once or twice a week most of the time) we get multiple pages of motorcycle or tattoo circle jerk hate.
It's like catnip for some of you simpletons isn't it?

I've had bikes, and still have tattoos, non visible with clothes though. When those two things happened, it was a very fun time in my life. Don't regret any of it.
