Poland as well. Although it appears the people there are tired of it as well.

It all changed when Martin Luther King nailed his "I have a dream" theses to the door of Ebenezer Baptist

There are no countries that based their laws off the interpretation of the Bible like Muslims do.

The closest you’ll get is Israel with Judaism.

Hardcore authoritarianism flies in the face of Christian teachings. Islam teaches to force it on non believers and justifies murder of non believers.

The theocratic authoritarianism that the OP asked about is not part of any main stream modern Christian teachings. There are some small "Christian" cults that believe that. Go back 300 years ago and all the Christian countries were authoritarian theocracies.

Cuba is an explicitly secular state and was officially an atheist state into the 90s

USA was founded as a Christian nation to be governed by Judeo Christian principals by Christians for Christians. Separation of church and state was only meant to prevent a Church of England type ruling over Baptists, Methodists, Catholics and other Christians who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. But over the years the government corrupted this principal to persecute and discriminate Christians and Jews while letting non-Christians invade and corrupt this country. We must return to becoming a Christian nation just like our founding fathers envisioned.

This is your brain on evangelicalism.

France, Spain, UK, Italy...

Most of Europe has stacked thousands up on thousands of bodies between the inquisition, religious wars, protestantism (for and against), crusades, pogroms, and then evolved into something better, whereas the above Islamic countries have not.

There was a time when practicing witchcraft or uttering blasphemy would put you above a burning pyre with a white cap on your head as the Church burned you alive as a favor to you so you can appear before god pure and without sin.

And you didn't even have to be non-Christian. Just not the "right" kind of Christian (i.e., whatever the ruler was).
