That 2023 Michigan team doesn’t make it to 2023 in the form it took if it hadn’t been for the cheating the previous 2.5 seasons. The success they had created the momentum for players staying and boosters funding their NIL program.

The championship was fruit of the poisoned tree regardless of whether or not they cheated in the Alabama game.
