Sitting on the back porch drinking coffee and listening to the wind blow through the bamboo. Got my golden retriever at my feet.

Ribs went on the grill for 30 minutes for the smoke. Then sous vide for 18 hours. Back on the grill about noon, with the bbq sauce.
Beer is cold, pool is warm, tunes are pleasing to my ear.
