The bowling alley is pretty sweet.

No one.

Hence, the 504 days on Zillow (and counting).

And the $1.5 million drop in price from initial listing in January 2025 - which I think was/is a re-listing and it had an even higher asking price before that.

On so I’d have a decent place to stay when in town.

For that sort of coin you would think they’d install a nicer ceiling fan.

Either the trophy wife’s kids or the kids from the first marriage for Mr. ______.

(I’m guessing, I have no specific knowledge of the current homeowner’s situation)

fire place looks out of place there too, and if it's a real fireplace, no hearth, it would mess up the floor, that's a nope for me

Agree that it looks out of place.

Definitely gas one though.

I’ll never understand homes like this in such a dysfunctional state. I get it if you’re the local big time orthopedic surgeon, local business owner or, of course, a booming injury lawyer (again, dysfunctional state) that are stuck there for work.

If I have that kind of money to spend I’m going to south beach. If any of you life long time Louisiana residents lived away from the gulf coast you’d understand.

That aquarium setup is 100K++++. Paying someone to maintain it is probably stupid money.

If I was in Baton Rouge I’d build/buy that. I’d love to live there.
