Food that gets trapped in pockets in your tonsils and becomes a ball of bacteria.

How many of you get these things

I do and I've actually considered getting my tonsils removed because of it.

Waterpik and q-tip almost nightly.

I didn't watch this video but the ones I've seen are pretty extreme. Mine aren't that bad. But enough to be annoying.

I had never heard of tonsil stones before. That looks disgusting!

I would assume that one's breath would reek from having multiple stones.

He must have given her some topical anesthetic or shes had this so long she doesn't have much a gag reflex. Lol.

I do enjoy some of the chronic tonsillitis tonsillectomies when I grasp the tonsils and a whole bunch of goo and tonsiliths squeeze out.

I used to get them all the time before I had my tonsils out. Never knew what they were until recently.

I hate you.

I am wasting so much time watching her videos now.

Also, she is fine.

BTW, if you want to get hundreds of thousands or in many cases millions of views on YouTube, and you have no discernible talent, find someone with a big cyst and make a popping video. They almost always get huge numbers of views.

My son had his tonsils removed several months back. He had become obsessed with getting the stones out with a water pick.
He's a happy camper now and his breath no longer reeks of tonsil stones.

I watched that whole video. I can't tell if I'm mildly interested or if I'm mortified.

I get them from time to time, but not chronic like the videos show.

I think some of it may depend on what you eat.

What is keeping you from getting them removed? It's one thing to deal with that shite a couple times a year, but nightly? frick that.

I first got them about 5-6 years ago. Actually went to the ENT about some other problems and mentioned them to him. He said if you only get them 2-3 times a year, he wouldn't bother with tonsil removal because recovery from that is a lot worse as an adult. It has slacked off and I can't remember the last time I had one. I have a set of dental picks and that is the easiest to remove them with. They're usually very small, stink a little, and I only tend to get them after eating soft foods like rice, pasta, etc. Sometimes you can feel them in your throat but can't see them. Which sucks because they have to work their way to the surface and then you have to remove them.
