Yeah. I never see mine. They're hidden in the pockets of my tonsils.

What is keeping you from getting them removed? It's one thing to deal with that shite a couple times a year, but nightly? frick that.
Recovery time from a tonsillectomy at 30 isn't fun from what I hear.

Try it at 39, 2 weeks of pure hell. If you do it I would advise getting pain meds in table form not liquid. They gave me liquid Loratab and that was like drinking acid, burned like fire then made me throw up which cause me to start bleeding. Luckily it stopped after 5-10 mins and I didn't have to go back to the hospital. I will say it was hell but it's saved me from going to the doctor every 4-6 weeks with sinus and sore throat.

Same here. Usually a really good sneeze will eventually get it out. Just feels like something stuck in my throat.

I dared to watch a few. Now I feel compelled to swish some Dr. Tichenor's full strength.
Seriously, though, how in the hell does that happen? I understand that they probably have no mirrors or oral hygiene supplies, but wouldn't they feel the maggots in their mouths and spit them out? I cannot even comprehend how in the hell that happens to a conscious person.

That's what I was sitting there wondering. Like, wouldn't you just try to pull all that shite out of your mouth?

How many of you get these things, and how bad does your bref kick?

I can stick a finger in my throat and press on the side. They usually come right out. As with any health thing, it depends on the individual.
There's a large pocket in one of my tonsils that is super easy to clean out on my own. It's gross, but it'd be worse if I didn't tend to it. I spend 30 secs cleaning it out, swish some mouth wash...then go have secks.

After watching this shite I went check my throat for these bastards. Now the question is, can you have tonsil stones and never know about it?
I'll be asking my dentist next trip.

I never got to experience the joy of tonsil stones. I got mine out when I was 4, on the day after Xmas.
