Who is still brave enough to eat Chinese food?

I ate dim sum this past weekend in the Chinatown area of Houston.

If you can't copy your favorites with recipes from library cookbooks, you aren't trying. Recipes from the internet are different, some are hideously dumbed down, others are good. Almost all the ingredients can be sourced in North and South America.

P.F. Chang's tasted alright last night. I know their entire staff, food source, and kitchen location are in Wuhan; but, Covid-19 cannot infect you if you wash everything down with Corona from Mexico.
