Since it's spreading everywhere in Italy also, I would avoid pizza and pasta if I were you. Actually, since it's spreading around the globe, probably best to just avoid food completely for a couple of months until it settles down.

The food is cooked. The people cooking it haven’t left work for more than 8 hours in the last 10 years. They haven’t had time to go to China. No worries.
