My kids smoke with me in the car even though I hate it. I’m their best friend though.

I do with the windows down. It isn’t harmful to the children other than setting a bad example.

I was on a panel that got this banned in my HOA DISTRICT last year. Violaters now face heavy fines, confiscation of cigarette and paraphenelia, and in some cases can be charged with contributing to delinquency of a minor.
