It didn't make it any bigger but it tasted so awful that I cut my dick off.

My wife does 2 teaspoons in the morning with 8oz water and 4 drops of liquid stevia. She does it to help with Intermittent Fasting

I mix two tablespoons with water and drink every night. I pour the stuff into this red cup, and I've about figured out how much equates to "two tablespoons," so I usually just poor straight from the bottle and fill the rest up with water from the faucet. The smell is worse than the taste. Once you get over the "omg, I'm drinking vinegar" feeling, it's not that bad.

I take it for reflux. I suppose it offers temporary relief, but it does not last for much longer than an hour or 90 minutes. It does cure a sore throat though.

I mix an oz with honey and water and drink it around 9pm. I use a straw so it doesn't mess with my tooth enamel. I used to just do a shot of it straight but my wife said I was burning my esophagus. I used to have some back acne even though I'm an old geezer. But ACV knocked those pimples out. It may have helped with my blood pressure since it had been high for the last couple of years. Last time at the doc it was down to normal range....but I've done other things to lower it too....no meds though.
