It's been reported that the lack of ACV protein accounts for more than 50% of all the lame posts along this thread.

I drink plan old vinegar a few times a week. Got to, due to leg cramps. My body chemistry gets out of wack all the time.

Have a friend who drinks a shot of it every morning. Has been doing it for years and years.

Swears by it

Fish, switch to the Braggs Appple Cider Vinegar. Most plain white vinegar is chemically made. There is a big difference.

I do a shot straight from a something like the little dosage cup that comes with liquid Tylenol or the like. No more heart burn or cramps.

Plain old vinegar works ok for me. Problem is that I take a shite load of Lasix every day which washes out a lot of Magnesium and Potassium. Got to take a shite load of those twice a day too!

I use it to take rust off of cast iron pots and pans I obtain from people who've neglected them. It does an amazing job.

No way I'm drinking that shite after seeing what it does to cast iron that soaks in it!

FYI - rinse it off and immediately use baking soda as a base to stop the acid. You'll have a new pot ready for seasoning.
