Two chicks I work with say they shoot ACV mixed with cayenne pepper everyday for weight loss.

I mix a couple of tablespoons in a 20 bottle of water. Try to do it every day.

Good for sore throat, dilute and use as an astringent for a good complexion.

I've seen my dad take a bottle of it and drink it all, like you'd guzzle a bottle of water! I can't stand the smell of it.

I take it in capsule form. Much easier. Only take when acidity is up. Take collagen & probiotics daily so rarely need.

Gut health is the most overlooked medical issue of our time.

Eh I don't even care because no one is trying to selling it to me through a pyramid scheme on Facebook. I don't have to go to "parties" or join their "team", I can buy it at the grocery store my damn self. Which I don't, because it tastes like the devil's own a-hole, but I could.

I have several relatives who drink a shot of it a day, but I don't think they get sick any less often.

I do drink "fire cider" when I get sick with a cold. That and "Gypsy Cold Care" tea seem to help with the cold, but that might be just a placebo effect.

Years ago my grandfather told me that ACV would get rid of my shoulder bursitis. I mixed two tablespoons into a glass of cherry kool-aid. Ended up tasting like cranberry juice. Drank once a day for two weeks and the bursitis disappeared.

twice a day, mix about a tablespoon with Gatorade. I started drinking because that was the only thing that helped with my congestion. I drink it with the "mothers" - ingredient.
