Sure, I guess I mean kids as in 14 years and up or so.
When you're 5 you could live in a mud hut and smiling every day. Its when you get old enough to start comparing your life to others is when reality sets in.

You imply that being white and poor is more of an anomaly than it really is in 2018. They both have disadvantages that are played out in two different ways.. Black.. you have the advantage if you are smart and willing to use the education system as a way out.. white has the advantage in the more blue color situation.. poor white is usually rural and poor black is usually urban so that plays a role as well especially when it comes to the justice system.

You are being discriminatory by assuming every African American household is poor.
Class inequality is the issue not race. The media is responsible for the “racial” divide today and the liberal moonbats and some minorities fell for it

Black by a long shot, even if s/he had a 4.0 and graduated from harvard, you know baws down south won't hire them. Its unfortunate but thats southern backwards thinking. If black/minorities were given a fair chance at jobs in this country then we would not be having this conversation

Depends on who makes the choice of whether the current situation will define them. A lot of successful people come from poor families. A lot more don’t.

Minority's get preference from companies when doing hiring, they will even accept lower standard on education and training. Top that with the government programs for minorities and you have it tough to be a broke white kid.

Those Gallagher kids couldn’t buy a break and they were white.

Because they’re all their own worst enemy who secretly love being the white trash they are.

where the hell did I say that? MOST AA families are poor. That is a fact.

Who gets the grants and help from the Feds for being a minority?
Tell me which specific ones you’re talking about. I hear that a lot but I am unfamiliar with which programs those are, since I am not a minority. I did grow up a poor white kid and got grant when in college a long time ago, based on my income (I was married with kids and still relatively poor at the time). Everything I recall seeing available as a federal program was strictly needs based, but my memory is not that great these days and I guess I wouldn’t have been looking.
These are honest questions.

Both have equal opportunity to make something of their lives depending on morals and will to succeed. Simple as that.

If they both make a 4.0 and 33 Act the black kid gets to go to Harvard for free and the white kid gets to rack up student loans at a state school.

I love when people say this then if you look at any thread where someone says something blatantly racist, it'll get like 137 upvotes and 2 downvote.
Saying it's class and not race is the height of being naive. Why would anyone want to act like racism is not a thing? That's weird.

Do you even affirmative action, bruh? The laws on the books are too numerous to count.

Racism exists and always will
But it’s blown out of proportion and the left blow it up even more. It’s the urban inner city minorities that are typically poor

You get extra points when applying for the Feds for being a minority or a veteran. Scholarships designed for these groups. Our country is encouraging the less privileged to succeed. If they don't accept, it isn't on me.

Depends 100% on parenting, not on financial situation.

The black kid benefits from Affirmative Action. No question he's got it way better.
