I’ve witnessed a few. But the last time I was in a fist fight was in like 10th grade.

My old arse hasn't been in a fight of any type in over 20 years. Doesn't really sound appealing to me.

I've beaten black belts before.

How did I know they were black belts?

They told me. After. You see, I used to run with a very tough crowd. Street Fighter types. Real, real bad people, I'm just lucky I got out.

Something similar happened to me except I was in the crowd. I was shopping in Kmart and kid got on the intercom and said there was a cripple fight outside. I dropped my stuff and ran outside and sure enough there was a kid in a wheelchair fighting a kid on crutches. The crowd watching it was huge.

Every night my 75lb golden doodle tries to take my spot on the couch. He throws some vicious paws but I usually get the best of him.

That's all the fighting I have the energy for.

The last time I got into a serious street fight, the guy was being a total dick.

We both squared up and no more than a minute or so he quit. I only hit him with about 4 punches with two of them being straight rights to the upper cheek on the left side of his face.

He quit and walked away. Couple weeks later I ran into a guy that knew him and he told me I had broken his orbital bone and he was going to have surgery to repair it.

Made me feel kind of bad, but he was the antagonist that day and was looking for trouble-------so there's that.

That was a lifetime ago and I'm glad to say I'd rather try to work things out instead of throwing hands.

In my teen years I did box amateur and knew how to handle myself in those situations and it really is amazing just how many people really don't know how to protect themselves.

Was in the army right next to a major college. We got in plenty of fights and some were brutal. Damn college kids hated us and always wanted to start shite and unlike the college boys we didn’t back down. One of my buddies loved to fight , upon getting out he joined the Gypsy jokers and was there enforcer. He is currently in jail for beating someone to death

I used to hang out a lot with former light heavyweight mu tai heavyweight worlds champion. He was still in great shape and worked out everyday at the dojo with the former heavyweight world champ. Several of the baws from were formally trained and loved to actually use it.

It always amazed me that just like in the fight movies, some idiots just cannot leave well enough alone and my buddies, especially the former champs, would get challenged by literal nobodies when just out minding their own business. Saw a lot of parking lot of fights that required ambulances to clean up the mess.

Grew up without father. Mom and I moved my junior year of high school. A few richboy types from my new school started bullying me from the start. I made things worse by hitting on the head cheerleader, who happened to be the ex-girlfriend of the biggest douche in town. I got jumped pretty bad...could barely walk afterwards...probably would've died that night if the elderly handyman from my apartment complex wouldn't have intervened.

Long story short: the handyman taught me how to paint, martial arts, and how to drive a car. I started dating the cheerleader and never lost a fight again. Other than hooking up with a hot foreign girl and an Oriental thug trying to kill me...pretty much everything else after high school was ruined by bad writing and horrible remakes.

Fortunately I didn't age over the course of 40 years and not long ago tapped into nostalgia just to prove that despite being a terrible actor I'm easily one of the greatest hits of the 80's and all of American history.

seems like not many in here know what a serious fist/street is, which is not altogether a bad thing

I had been in at least 25-30 real fights in my life. Some on the street, once in a mall, quite a few in bars/clubs, at the lake, once on the bridge in Matamoras, at a Stars game, the beach, parks, dirt roads, and many more at schools. Not sure if this qualifies as street fights, but all of them included knuckles until someone quit.

This thread is going to be full of responses from washed up keyboard warriors that have dickiedoos.

I'll take those fistfights over dealing with my 8yr old teenage son any day.....

In 1977 went to a fight and a hockey game broke out... actually the other way round. After the game everyone was pushing trying to get of the arena. I kept getting pushed into a couple guys in front of me. Said sorry people behind me pushed me into them. Happened a couple times on the way out.

My friend and I stopped for a minute and the guy just kept starring us down. My friend says lets go see what his problem is. We walk over & my friend says "you have a problem with us?". Guy pushes my chest and says your friend is the problem. BOOM one punch he's out on the ground. Woman right behind us yelling hit him again. We leave as the cops show up.

Go to work the next day hand is killing me, tell the boss I cut my knuckle on a rack. Go to the doc tell him what happened. With a pair of tweezers pulls out a piece of tooth and asks how did it happen? He was more concerned about an infection. Tell him another lie. Cut my tendon in half, last fight for me.
