I will likely still stay premium but am seriously considering a lower tier. Since I'm at work, I don't have time to call their customer service number but will probably send an email.

I know right. I was traumatized. I thought the world had ended there for a while. Chicken will be hearing from my lawyer. I have to go to counseling now, I’m on anxiety meds, I had to get an emotional support hamster.
