Luckily those of use with the diamond package saw no downtime. It was like a ghost town around here though.

I called and threaten to cancel, and Chicken gave me higher speeds at no additional cost for an additional 2 year commitment. No refund if I get banned though, that was the only stipulation.

Premium isn't worth it. Tigerdroppings Luxe comes with a concierge line where the attendant will will read the thread titles and comments to you over the phone when the webpage goes down. It's OK, but the emojis don't really have the same effect. I have the attendant skip all OweO posts.
