Wife does all the laundry. But she does just leave certain clothes to hang dry, then I take over ironing duties on those clothes. I'm the one who gets OCD about my world clothes being pressed, so I just take care of it myself.

We’ve each done our own since Day One of the relationship.

She does most of the domestic laundry (sheets, dining linen, & towels).

If any ironing is necessary, then I’m the go-to, it ain’t her forte.

laundry in your household?

I live by myself, so of course I do my own laundry. But, I never have dirty clothes in the hamper. I’ll wash one shirt at a time if I have to. frick having a stack of dirty laundry.
Same way with dishes. Never will you find dirty dishes in my sink.

I do my own laundry. My husband does the rest.

I do it every now and then when I’m sick of the wife half assing it.
Which is how I got my husband to take over the laundry 30 or so years ago.

100% me. I feel like I am always doing laundry. We average 12 loads a week.

My mom washed my clothes from birth to the day I got married and my wife took over. I wouldn’t know where to start if I had to do my own

If you have a maid, and she is only doing 15%, you are doing something wrong.

He probably means a cleaning lady that comes once a week. Not an actual maid that’s there every day

I do 100% of the laundry. I work at home three days a week so it's just easier that way.

Pretty much me (the wife/mom). I work part time and am home pretty much the rest of the time so I don't mind doing it. I wash/dry/fold/iron if needed but they put away. There are times when I'm out of town and everyone just does their own done if they need -- they're all capable, kids and husband alike.
