re: Who does the laundry in your household?

I do the majority of it. Mostly because I hate seeing dirty clothes.

100% wife.

I do cook and clean dishes a lot though. I also open jars with stuck lids and reach objects out of her reach.

And I provide back rubs

Split in our house. Either one of us will throw it in the washer/dryer and then when it's done we each hang up our own.

I do it because I'm off more than the wife..

But my wife is always pissed because I put all the stuff in the dryer..

I do mine, he does his.

He has his laundry hamper in his bathroom

I have my laundry hamper by my closet.

Works for us.

I dont mind washing and putting them on the dryer, but forget about folding them. Id rather get kicked in the nuts.

Family of 4,everyone has their own dirty and own clean hamper and also have ones for clean and dirty sheets/towels...I do mine , wife does hers...we share kids and towels...the key is not to mix loads when washing....everyone puts up their clean hamper whenever they feel like it...simple process and everyone knows where their stuff is ...works much better than a huge pile of everybody's clean clothes on top of the dryer or folding table like we used to do

We hate how each other does laundry.
She don't separate colors and I dry everything on high.

Shared... I see enough clothes in the basket to make a batch of laundry than I pick it up and put it in the washer. It takes like half a minute. Same for my wife. Trick to laundry is keep up with it and not let it pile up.
