My wife does 99% of the cooking, grilling included, and she is excellent at it. The only thing she doesn't do is fry fish and backstrap. Sometimes I start something or finish it for her depending on what's going on but by and large, she does 100% of it. AND we almost never eat out.
I chose very excellently. It does make staying in shape difficult when you come home to a big spread of home cooked meal every day.

About 50/50.
We're both retired but she has always hated grocery shopping.

me...I'd say I handle 95-98% of the cooking. She has a few crock pot things she'll do but cooking really isnt her thing.
I grew up in south Louisiana where everyone in the house COOKED..she grew up in north Louisiana where her mom warmed things up....needless to say I volunteer to cook for family events whenever possible.

Wife does 100%,I hate cooking.
She’s a very good cook,I always rave about how good whatever she fixes is,also brag about her cooking to others.
Also helps that I’m not a picky eater.
I do 99% of the grocery shopping because she hates shopping
Works for us.

Spin off: what is it culturally about Louisiana that has men cooking at a greater percentage than other states?
Also, I think it's about tradition & culture, Louisiana men grow up with the men in their family cooking, so they carry it forward into adulthood.

Same, but I'll say I cook 85% of the time. My wife isn't the best cook, but she has some things she makes well.
Chicken pot pie (very good)
Tacos (meh)
That's about it.

We're about 50/50, but more so than not we are cooking together. I've thought her so much in the three years we've been married. She actually last night made her first roux without asking for help.
Yup, all upbringing. My father taught me to slow down and take pride in your cooking, My dad really took over cooking once we got into middle school and were okay with eating "late" in the 7pm hour so he would have time to cook after we got home from work.

It's pretty close to 50/50 for me and my wife.
This got me thinking of an old welder I worked with. He refused to eat any food cooked by a man. The way he said it was "I only eat woman cooked".

I guess he never ate at a restaurant, that’s all man cooked.

The Warden (no pics).
She's of Cuban and Mexican descent so I get the best of both worlds.
Let's just say I'm happy and well fed.

Me, abt 85% of the time. GF provides one meal per week, either cooked or purchased, usually Albasha.

Wife has been a cook at many restaurants, so she does.
I cook on the weekends, and she watches me like a hawk
