Sure. That would be appropriate the first time. I guess I'm assuming this would have to be a regular thing for it to get to this level. Parents just drop their kids off and act like the world is their babysitter.

I wonder if anything actually done to kids or parent in past trespasses into pool without a guardian. If 9 and 11 years old Childcare Services should have been called in.
If apartment let them stay and swim in pool without a guardian they are liable. They had to get them out of pool at a minimum and probably away from around pool if refusing to stop running around and jumping back into pool.
The apartment manager may have saved the little girl’s life. Pulling her out of pool by her hair and the hitting and spraying of the drink with the boy were obviously a horrible and incorrect way to do it, but something also needs to happen to the adult that was supposed to be watching these kids and allowed them to wonder off to this pool unsupervised multiple times.

Kids intentionally and repeatedly trespassing. No discipline no obedience no respect for authority. No respect for adults. The kid should’ve got an arse with whipping with a leather belt and when he got home, his parents should’ve done the same

I think you ask them to leave over and over and maybe embarrass them in front of everyone else if they don't leave. If that does not work then call the cops.
But if I get hit in the head with a can of soda I am dragging someone out of the enclosure and then calling the cops.

Yep. It's clear whatever adults are "responsible" for these kids were nowhere to be found. No way this video got made otherwise.
What happens now? Reasonable white lady gets fired, a replacement is hired, no one ever trespasses unaccompanied kids from the pool ever again...then what? An unaccompanied kid drowns and the "parents" hold the complex responsible even though they're all in on outrage right now?

Our neighborhood pool has a lock on it and only the members have a key. Seems pretty simple to avoid things like this.
